Jack says America is the worst communist nation in the world. I absolutely agree that America is a communist nation, but do not understand how America has the worst communist government in the world. Why? Because I have know many people who have immigrated from communist nations like Russia, Poland and China. These people have become successful in America and claim America is so much better than where they came from, therefore I am trying to understand how America has the worst communist government in the world. Thanks.

I do not know if we will come out of it for the good, or not at this point. We have to do what we can in our own lives to make our own lives better by lawfully putting our servants in their place, teach anyone who wants to learn, and seek to form study groups which should grow so our influence is greater. After this obama-nation of our country, and the last few years, I have no trust in the human species to do what is right. The behavior of the masses was appalling and evil and I do not think as I thought before; they wold not tolerate losing their businesses, their homes, their family members or neighbors…

Is there a time frame to file Affidavits, I've had many abuses happen to me in the past and would like to get justice.

It's always a good idea to address a problem sooner rather than later. However, sometimes this is not possible or the person who suffered the problem(s) is not aware right away that he has been defrauded, etc. Typically, there are "statutes of limitation" [the number of years varies from state to state] upon making claims against fraudsters, but usually, this time frame runs from the time the fraud was discovered, not necessarily when the fraud occurred. You might want to look into this for your state.
